Stop worrying. Move to California.

I feel like I should update the world on my life - not that it's even remotely exciting.

Joe was here for 10 days over break and we didn't kill eachother. Generally a good sign, methinks :) I'm leaving tomorrow to spend my "spring break" with him.

After that things are sort of up in the air. I graduate in April. Or, that's the plan anyway as long as I can keep my shit together. I've applied for jobs all over the place, but no bites yet. I'm also waiting to hear back from the University of Colorado about grad school, so a big move may be in the near future. Or maybe not. At this point I'll do about anything to stay out of my parent's house lol.

In other news...the ATM outside my office has been beeping non stop all morning. Not cool. I think it should give me money as an apology.

I really do have no life.

SNOW DAY! I know, I know, you're all thinking "wait a second...classes are over..." but the University being closed means no work at 8 am for me :D

Time to make what will hopefully be the most difficult decision of my day...mac n' cheese or grilled cheese with tomato soup? Hrm...

- Do dishes
- Eat ice cream :D

Tomorrow...
- Work at from 8 to 1
- Bake cookies for Joe's family
- Finish my GRE study flash cards

General things that need to be done before going home on Wednesday...
- Pick up the apartment
- Clean out the fridge (it's gross!)
- Rearrange my cabinets so I can find things
- Finish my Christmas shopping
- Finish my Christmas wrapping
- Study lots for the GRE

I feel like I'm missing something.

So, you know that list I posted on Thursday? Yeah. None of that stuff got done lol. After the GA meeting, half the eBoard went out to Applebees for drinks. But seriously, I'm a college student, it's finals time, that stuff is important too, right?!

Yesterday I went to visit Amy, did some work at the Network with her, and she looked over my resume for me. She gave me some good pointers that resulted in reformatting it AGAIN. 3rd time's the charm, it seems.

I really have to knuckle down and get some work done today.

- Eat lunch
- Do dishes
- Shower
- Pick up room

- Finish cover letter and have it proof read
- Send resume and cover letter to AACT

HOMEWORK
- Send angry marketing email to group members
- Finish dance outline
- Finish dance paper
- Dance reading logs
- CMT topical summary
- CMT research essay
- Art hist. quizzes
- Work on the website

Ugh. So much to do. I should go to the library, but it's snowing. And the library will be a zoo, so I'd have to take my laptop.

19 days, 7 hours and 55 minutes until Joe is here. :)

I've had a hella time falling asleep lately. Like, I'm exhausted, and then I say goodnight to Joe, turn off the lights, climb into bed and suddenly I'm wide awake. I'm really seriously tempted to break into some of the left over nyquil I have laying around from the death cold.

Le Sigh. I need Jenny time ASAP!

Ok, so, I technically haven't posted for 2 days in a row now. I'm sorry! Forgive me?

Life is pretty uneventful (aside for that whole president thing that we're all so sick of hearing about).

We had another VAC meeting tonight that went pretty successfully, I think. For those of you not in the know, I'm the secretary of my hall government. Woot. My roommate Chelssie is the President. It's her fault. BUT we had roommate bonding over drinks at Applebee's afterward.

Yay! Joe's alive!

Does it still count as an entry if I have nothing to say?

Katie made yummy stew for dinner and we had good bread. I ate too much.

The end.

So, apparently November is National Blog Posting Month. I know, I know, it's lame, but I'm going to try to participate and post every day. You've been warned. This may or may not last more than a week.

Anyway - I saw Changeling with Matt this afternoon. It was sad. Like "you get no reprieve from the sadness. Ever. Seriously." kind of sad. I almost cried. Twice. Was good, though.

There appears to be a christmas movie on Bravo. This is my offended face. Nevermind. It's Lethal Weapon, which just starts with Jingle Bell Rock? Que MTV-like boob-blurring.

Aren't you glad I have such interesting things to say?

Happy November!

HAPPY SINGLES AWARENESS DAY!

I thought I might actually have someone to spend Valentine's Day with this year, but things didn't quite work out as planned. Such is life. I'll be spending it with my one true love instead: theatre. Heh.

All Night Strut is going really well. Damn easiest crew I've ever been on. Come check it out if you haven't already. Today, tomorrow and Saturday at 7.

Brecht rehearsals start Friday. It's been hard to get back into the swing of things after being gone for so long. So far, I love Pirooz and Austin, the AD, is a hoot. Should be a fun show.

Things are looking up since last semester. I've decided to keep my job/free housing for next year, so I'll be in Ypsi for the summer. I have a summer internship all lined up. Actually, I have 2 lined up and I have to get up the nerve to tell the community band that I got a better offer. I'll be working with the Marketing Director at Performance Network. SO EXCITED!

Classes are...yeah. I'm still gonna graduate on time, and that's pretty much all I care about at this point.

Choir is fabulous. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I got back into it.

Change is good :)

Good riddance, 2007! You weren't that great, anyway.

Bring on 2008. Let's do this year right.
